NPPE: Sample Questions for ethics exam

Probably, you are looking for some sample questions to try before you take the exam. Well, there are not a lot of sources available in the market for that. However, it doesn't mean that you can't find any. Below lists a few places you can find free and official questions.  

First of all, it is highly recommended that you review and familiarize yourself all of the questions in those two books (Canadian Professional Engineering and Geoscience: Practice & Ethics, Fifth Edition, 2014 by Gordon C. Andrews;  Practical Law of Architecture, Engineering, and Geoscience, Second Canadian Edition, 2011 or  Practical Law of Architecture, Engineering, and Geoscience, Third Canadian Edition, 2015  by Brian M. Samuels and Doug R. Sanders), and
Secondly, the free sample questions provided on APEGA website. Or, 
Thirdly, if you want to spend some money, you can try the official practice exams at NPPEPRACTICE.com. You have choices of take exams with 50 to 100 questions with different packages, and the cost is from $50 to $425 (that is quite expensive). The practice exams uses the same interface as in the real exam, and the questions were previous (probably obsolete) real questions, although it is noted that they are much simpler than the questions in the real exams.

D is correct. Industry design has the exclusive right of use for 10 years, now it has almost expired.

A is correct. A NI 43-101 report is an official report of technical facts of a mining property prepared by competent person(s), most (often a group of) P.Geo. or/and P.Eng., it has to have authentications and be accepted by market regulatory.
